Entering his 12th season as the head coach at Northeastern, the Huskies program has reached a new level under Glavine. Now 22 seasons into his Huskies career, Coach Glavine has put on a Red & Black uniform as a player, assistant, and head coach. As a player in the early 1990's, Glavine led NU to the 1994 Knoxville Regional, and remains Top 10 in NU history in multiple categories. Now as a coach he has launched the Huskies to the next level. School records continue to be broken year after year in wins and seemingly every statistical category. His program has reached the CAA Championship Game each of the last 5 of last 6 seasons, and has reached the NCAA Tournament 4 of the last 7 years.
